GLOBAL AURA TRIP LLP

 

🔻 Package Exclusions (Not Included in Package Cost)

The following costs are not included in your travel package:

  • Increases in airfare, fuel surcharges, airport taxes, or any other charges imposed by airlines or the Government of India after booking.
  • Ticket extension or deviation charges.
  • Any increase in visa fees after the time of booking.
  • Courier charges (if applicable).
  • Personal expenses such as meals not specified, shopping, phone usage, tips, laundry, etc.
  • Porterage at hotels, airports, railway stations, or seaports.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned in the “Package Inclusions.”
  • 5% GST on the total tour cost.

 

ℹ️ Important Remarks

  • No refund for unused services.
  • Tour prices and itinerary are subject to change based on actual travel dates and availability.
  • All bookings are subject to availability until confirmed.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Tours canceled due to weather, natural calamities, or government-imposed restrictions are non-refundable.
  • The customized itinerary is subject to change based on flight or train schedules.
  • Visa rejection will incur cancellation charges as per the policy.
  • Exchange rate considered: to be RBI exchange +inr 1
  • Hotels, flights, and other services are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Visa application charges are non-refundable, even in case of rejection.
  • Rates are valid for a minimum of 2 guests traveling together.
  • Hotel security deposits (refundable) must be paid by guests directly at check-in.
  • Travel documents and vouchers will be released only after full payment, 3 days before departure.
  • The company will not be liable for sightseeing or services missed due to weather or other uncontrollable events.

 

🚫 Cancellation Policy

💰 Payment Schedule

  1. ₹10,000/- per person at the time of booking (non-refundable).
    • Can be adjusted against a future booking within 120 days, if canceled at least 30 days before departure.
  2. 30% of total package cost at the time of visa processing.
  3. 50% of total package cost to be paid 21 days before departure.
  4. 100% of total package cost to be paid 15 days before departure.

 

🏨 Hotel Check-In / Check-Out Policy

  • Check-in time: 14:00 hrs
  • Check-out time: 12:00 hrs
  • Early check-in requires prior night’s booking and may be chargeable.
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

📄 Documentation Requirements

  • Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from travel date (not older than 10 years).
  • Travelers must ensure possession of:
    • Valid visas
    • Required permits or clearances (e.g., POE, insurance, vaccination proof)
  • Visa assistance is available at an additional fee.
  • Personal appearance for visa interviews (e.g., USA, UK, Schengen) is mandatory and must be managed by the traveler.

 

⚠️ Additional Terms

  • High season and festival surcharges may apply.
  • Airfare is dynamic and based on sector, carrier, and current availability.
  • In case of calculation or billing errors, Global Aura Trip LLP reserves the right to re-invoice correctly.
  • A bounced cheque will incur a ₹1,000 penalty and may lead to legal action.
  • Sightseeing cancellations due to adverse weather or civil issues will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

🌪️ Force Majeure / Non-Refundable Clause

In case of events beyond our control (including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, lockdowns, etc.), Global Aura Trip LLP will not be responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations.

All amounts paid before such events are non-refundable.
By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

 

💼 Tax Collected at Source (TCS) Declaration

As per Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, TCS is applicable on international tour packages as follows:

  • TCS is charged extra, above the total package cost.
  • Customers must provide a valid PAN card at the time of booking.
  • Non-submission of PAN may result in higher TCS as per government rules.
  • TCS will be deposited against your PAN and visible in Form 26AS.
  • You may claim credit for this amount while filing your Income Tax Return.
  • Form 27D (TCS Certificate) will be provided upon request.

 

⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes, legal claims, or issues arising from this travel booking shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts and authorities in Delhi (NCT), India.
Any legal action must be initiated only in the competent court or police station located in Delhi.
